We loved it, especially its staff and views. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at omm siri cafe, located so close to the hotel. Suite was with a minibar, cable programming and a work desk.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was conveniently close to the bus terminal, making our transportation around the area a breeze. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were not only professional, but also friendly and personable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Here, families can rest assured that their needs will be met as well.

We had a marvelous stay at the Grand Hotel! The location was perfect and the room was comfortable and clean. The hot water in the shower was abundant and the internet connection was excellent. The view from our suite was breathtaking and the jacuzzi was a great bonus. The room service was prompt and the staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend the Grand Hotel for a visit to Loja.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable, even helping me with transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a great breakfast. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the bus terminal.
Couldn't stay longer.

This hotel is situated conveniently near the bus terminal, which makes it easy for budget travellers to explore the city. the rooms, although in spots, are comfortable and offer good water pressure in the shower. the staff provide decent service and the breakfast is average but suitable. the hotel features reliable WiFi and a nice dining facility.
The spa may not always be operational.

Great room service and helpful staff. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the surroundings. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the jacuzzi in the room. The hotel was conveniently located in close proximity to the main city attractions.
The towels provided were thin and rough which did not make for a comfortable experience. The additional charges were not well explained, and we were not happy with the lengthy check-out process which resulted in us missing our bus.

The suite had a great view and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was located close to key sights and had free parking facilities.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the poor service and facilities provided by the hotel. We were charged additional fees that were not explained, the check-out process was a disaster, and the towels were rough and uncomfortable.
